Rounding out 2020 the pandemic continues to shape our lives and define the spaces we live, work and amuse ourselves. Homes have been turned into multi-functional spaces to adapt to the new normal and meet the needs of an efficient workspace, an orderly classroom, a safe playground, an equipped gym and so on! Given these conditions our team undertook the project of adjusting a house to the arrival of a new family member under these unprecedented circumstances. Hence, a home extension was necessary to accommodate an extra bedroom, a new bathroom and a fully equipped home office. Moreover, we fully renovated the kitchen area with extra storage space and bigger openings to maximize the daylight distribution. As far as the garden is concerned, a vast swimming pool offers the desired recreation that abides by the stay-at-home directives.
