Our office was assigned to design the brand new Spitogatos Headquarters in 2016. As Spitogatos Network constitutes the largest real-estate database in Greece and Cyprus, it recognizes the importance of creating a space that feels like home to their staff. Without a doubt, a friendly workplace environment has a beneficial impact on the workflow and boosts the team spirit along with the productivity and efficiency.

A thorough analysis of the departments was necessary in order to design functional spaces completely adjusted to their needs. The closed offices and meeting rooms were located at the outline of the plan, whereas the open space working area at the centre of it. The closed areas were approached as light boxes whose transparent surfaces blur their boundaries with the open workspace. The light design highlighted the sense of a continuous space. Dynamic lines and curves of light on the ceiling-canvas unify the spaces underneath.

When it’ s time for a break, there is always the m-eating area with the adjacent playroom or the spacious terrace, where the employees can relax, socialize and re-charge themselves for the rest of the workday!
