A few cuboids and a glass surface is all you need to design a bespoke table. The concept was to design a table, whose top surface will give the impression of floating on its supporting structure. The typical “legs” were turned into rectangular prisms of different dimensions, made from stucco-marble, aka Scagliola. One of the nine cuboids seems to pierce the tempered glass surface. This effect is more pronounced when there are intense reflections on the glass. City’s structure can be applied to every type and size of table, from a meeting table to a dining table.
